Our Mission
Our mission is to provide secure, structured, substance-free housing for women transitioning from treatment into sustainable independent recovery. Operating peer-managed environments within Georgia, we bridge the critical gap to self-sufficiency. As we prepare to open our inaugural home in Early Spring 2027, the organization is actively building vital healthcare partnerships, referral relationships, and essential launch funding to secure measurable, long-term program outcomes.
Our Vision
We envision a powerful regional network of resilience where every woman is empowered with stability, real-world autonomy, and deep community support. Rooted in professional standards, transparent accountability, and evidence-based progress tracking, Bridge & Bloom aims to cultivate permanent recovery and individual empowerment, serving as a trusted, funder-friendly partner for transformative reentry solutions.
The Critical Need
In Georgia, the gap between acute treatment and long-term stability is vast. Women transitioning from clinical care often face housing instability, which significantly increases the risk of return to use. Statistics show that structured recovery environments reduce this risk by providing the safety and accountability necessary for lasting renewal. Bridge & Bloom Recovery addresses this urgent shortage by offering a grounded, substance-free residence in South Fulton, Clayton, and DeKalb counties, ensuring no woman has to navigate early sobriety without a home.
Early Spring 2027 Launch: We are currently securing partnerships and funding to open our inaugural home, closing the safety gap for Georgia's women.
Program Outcomes
Ahead of our first residence opening in Early Spring 2027, Bridge & Bloom Recovery is actively cultivating clinical partnerships, referral relationships, and launch funding. In alignment with our funder-first approach, we are establishing rigorous, grant-ready metrics to track and evaluate long-term independence and continuous stability for every woman we serve.
Sustained Sobriety
We will measure the percentage of residents maintaining continuous sobriety during their tenure and at established 6- and 12-month post-program verification intervals.
Workforce Integration
We track the successful completion of job readiness initiatives, technical enrollment, or securing stable employment within the first 90 days of home placement.
Stable Reentry
We monitor successful long-term graduation transitions into fully independent, permanent, and secure residential solutions following departure from our home.
Network Engagement
We evaluate active residency participation within local peer-led recovery groups, outpatient clinical networks, and structured mutual accountability programs.
